You may want to remove annoying logos from videos by bluring the sections where the logos appear.
The result of the blured video would be like this:
Here, I will provide instructions for bluring sections or positions of a video. The software used is Ulead however the instructions are similar on most video editing software programs.
1. The first step consists of applying a "motion blur" filter to the original video. This is done by finding "Video Filters" in the menu and then choosing "motion blur" filter and giving it values. This Creates a completely blured version of the video.
Applying motion blur:
2. Step 2 consists of creating a Mate image . Mate Image is a two color image (Blue and any other color) where you plot the segments you want to blur or apply an effect to.
3. In Step 3 you must place the Mate image on top of the Blured version of the video. Then choose "overlay options".
4. Step 4: choose "kolor Key". Click on the color you want to make dissapear. In our case we want to click on the green section which will be the blured part of the video. Create new video. The resulting video has the blured parts plus still color section for the rest.
The image below is a video that has the blured parts plus still color section for the rest.
5. In Step 5 Place the video "blured+solid color" on top of the original video.
6. In Step 6 For the "Blured + solid color" video choose overlay options and choose "color Key" and with the eyedrop pinch on the "solid color" part.
7. For Step 7 simply create a new video with the final mix
