Mehrpouya was discovered by Touraj Neghaban at the end of the year 1335. Neghaban wrote a song for Mehrpouya that was called "Ghourube Paiz". This song was published by Royal in 1336 under responsibility of Neghaban together with the song "Khakestar" by Marzieh, that was also created by Neghaban. You can look it up in the catalogue from Royal, too. First, people only bought the vinyl because of Marzieh´s song, but after a while it changed to Mehrpouya´s advantage. The song has not been played on the radio at first, but after a few month that changed too.
